Welcome to our website, which is not only a source of information for our juniors; all 70 of them, but also an invitation to youngsters in the area who may wish to take up the game of golf.
Birchwood is recognised as one of the top clubs in the Northwest of England for developing junior golf. In 2005, and again in 2008, the English Golf Union awarded us the prestigious Junior Golfmark, a national accreditation scheme, which evaluates a clubs commitment to their juniors in three areas: Playing & Coaching, Club Environment & Duty of Care and Child Protection.
